  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 - 2 c. lowfat milk (depending on how thick you like your pancakes)
  • 3-4 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 5 tbsp. oil

Directions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. Beat Large eggs well. Add in lowfat milk, oil and Large eggs to dry ingredients. Mix well.
