Ingredients
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. lowfat milk (depending on how thick you like your pancakes)
- 3-4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 Large eggs
- 5 tbsp. oil
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients together. Beat Large eggs well. Add in lowfat milk, oil and Large eggs to dry ingredients. Mix well.
