Directions

  1. In a small sauce pot, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute, until it's slightly golden.
  3. Whisk in wine, milk, yolks and lemon juice.
  4. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add in salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve as desired.

    This looks great and my husband and I are trying it tonight - however, just for those of us who are novices, more directions would be nice. I'm assuming that it's all put in a small pot and simmered.
