Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 c. rice
  • 1 bag frzn vegetables (broccoli, carrots & cauliflower mix)
  • 1 tbsp. seasoned salt
  • Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 c. veg. oil
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Cook rice in 1 1/2 c. water. Heat 1/4 c. oil in frying pan; add in frzn vegetables and stir fry till lightly tender. Beat Large eggs and add in to vegetables (scrambling time); add in additional veg. oil to vegetables and Large eggs. Add in cooked rice and seasonings. Stir fry till golden. (For extra flavor add in soy sauce.)
