- 1/2 c. red wine (A drinkable variety but your choice.)
- 1/2 t. fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 t. fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 c. orzo
- 3 c. beef stock
- 2 c. water
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 can (15 oz.) Cannellini beans
- 1/2 t. fine sea salt
- 1 t. freshly ground black pepper
- Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
