Tzatziki Feta Dip Recipe

Lots of good tzatziki recipes on the site; however, you might give this one a try. I'm posting it to go with "Greek Chicken Wraps," but it's yummy with fresh bread, crackers, etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 C plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 C crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded, minced
  • juice 1 lemon or 1/2 T red wine vinegar
  • 1 scallion, minced
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill, minced, or 1/2 tsp. dry
  • pinch salt
  • garnish:1 T evoo, if serving it as a dip

Directions

  1. If you don't have Greek yogurt, place 2 paper towels in a colander, put 1 1/2 C regular, plain yogurt in and place it to drain over a bowl for several hours.
  2. Combine ingredients and refrigerate several hours.
  3. Serve room temp.
