Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 1 pt. fresh strawberries
- 1 sm. Bermuda onion in rings
Directions
- Wash lettuce. Pat dry. Chill till serving time. Place greens on individual salad plates or possibly a large salad bowl. Slice strawberries and onions and place on top of greens. Drizzle poppy seed dressing over salad. Toss if using large salad bowl. May use mandarin oranges instead of berries.
