Tomato Onion Salad Recipe

Try this refreshing tomato onion salad. It's perfect during the summer months. It's also very healthy and light unlike other salads with heavier dressings. The dressing is a basic olive oil and lemon mix. To add some kick, add chopped jalapenos!

Directions

  1. *Wash and cut the tomatoes (see picture above)
  2. *Thinly slice the onions
  3. *Chop less than a handful of parsley; you'll need just enough to sprinkle it on top
  4. *Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice
  5. *Salt to Taste
  6. *Add the chopped jalapenos, if desired, and mix
