Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1-2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 bunch Romaine lettuce, torn
- 1/2 lg. bunch leaf lettuce, torn
- 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin orange sections, liquid removed
- 1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
- 1/3 c. toasted, slivered almonds
Directions
- In a large salad bowl combine oil and vinegar, garlic and salt. Cover; shake till well blended. Refrigeratetill serving time. Combine lettuce, orange sections, grapes and almonds. Toss.
