- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Onion Pwdr
- 1 tsp Garlic Pwdr
- 1 tsp Dry Basil leaves
- 1 tsp Dry Oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 2 c. Vegetable Juice Cocktail canned
- 1 c. Tomato Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
- 3 Tbsp. White Vinegar
- 3 x Bay Leaves
- 1 1/4 c. Minced Onions
- 2 x Green Bell Peppers roasted, seeded &
- med diced
- 2 x Anaheim Chili Pepper roasted, seeded, & med diced
- 1/4 c. Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Garlic chopped

- This is like a sweet salsa.
- Combine the 9 dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in the vegetable juice, tomato sauce, lime juice, and vinegar, and stir till blended.
