  • 1 lb Beef,lean grnd
  • 4 x Bread slices
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion chopped
  • 1 can Mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. Water

Directions

  1. Pull apart bread into small, dime-size pcs. Combine grnd beef, bread, salt, pepper, and chopped onion in a large mixing bowl. Using a spoon, scoop out rounds of meat mix, or possibly shape into several round, 2-inch balls by hand. Brown meatballs in a warm skillet using a small amount of butter or possibly oil. Turn them occasionally so all sides are browned. Place meatballs in a crockpot. Add in soup and water. Cook on low for 6 to 12 hrs, high for up to 6 hrs. Roy North Beach Maryland 02/27 06:36 pm
