Ingredients
- 3 c. Rice Chex® cereal
- 3 c. Corn Chex® cereal
- 2 c. bite-size cheese crackers
- 2 c. bite-size pretzel twists
- 1 c. salted peanuts
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 package (1.25 ounce) Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix
Directions
- Tex-Mex meets Chex® in this easy snackinâ mix made with taco seasoning mix â yum!Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Start to Finish: 25 minutes
- Makes 20 servings (1/2 cup each)
- 1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, crackers, pretzels and peanuts.
- 2. In small bowl, stir together oil, water and taco seasoning mix. Pour over cereal mix, stirring till evenly coated.
- 3. Microwave uncovered on High about 5 min, stirring every 2 min, till mix begins to brown. Spread on waxed paper or possibly foil to cool, about 15 min. Store in airtight container.
