Ingredients
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 2 Packages taco seasoning
- 1 lg. bag tortilla or possibly nacho chips
- 2 lg. tomatoes, minced
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 head shredded lettuce
- 1 lg. can black olives, sliced
- 3-4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. lowfat sour cream (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Brown grnd beef in skillet; drain. Prepare meat with taco seasoning according to package instructions. Arrange layer of tortilla or possibly nacho chips in bottom of pan. Add in layer of grnd beef; then add in layers of tomatoes, onion, lettuce, olives and cheese. Start over with another layer of chips, continue layering to top of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Daub with lowfat sour cream before serving if you like.
