• 1 x 3.5 ounce pkg shittake mushrooms, stems removed, thinly
•     Liced
•     Sliced
• 2 c. Shredded cooked chicken
• 2 c. Spinach leaves, thinly sliced
• 1 1/2 ounce Somen or possibly angel hair pasta, uncooked
