Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 2 bn broccoli (tips only) cut in florets
- 1 x Red onion, minced
- 1 c. Sunflower seeds or possibly pine nuts
- 1/4 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
- To make dressing, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and honey. Add in raisins and let stand for at least 30 min. The flavors blend even better if allowed to stand, refrigerated, overnight. Just before serving, combine salad ingredients; toss with dressing, so which dressing lightly coats broccoli, saving any extra dressing for another use.
