Ingredients: 1 pound grnd beef; 1/2 pound pork sausage; 1 c. soft bread crumbs; 1 c. light cream; 1 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg; 1/4 teaspoon pepper; 1 teaspoon sugar; 2 teaspoon parsley; 2 teaspoon onion, instant; 2 T butter

1/2 pound pork sausage
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. light cream
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon parsley
2 teaspoon onion, instant
2 T butter

Directions

Put together all ingredients except butter; beat till well blended. Shape into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs in butter over medium heat. Turn heat low and continue cooking. Turn occasionally till cooled. 10-15 min. Makes 36 meatballs. Microwave 6 min.
