Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
1 (16 ounce) carton cottage cheese
1 (10 ounce) carton strawberries and juice
1 (6 ounce) carton Cold Whip

Directions

Pour boiling water over Jello to dissolve Jello. Chill till it begins to thicken. Add in cottage cheese, strawberries and juice and Cool Whip. Chill.
