Ingredients
- ½ head of cabbage â sliced thin
- 3 bunches of scallions â sliced
- 2 carrots - grated
- 4 cloves of garlic â chopped
- 1 bunch of Italian parsley â chopped
- 4 stalks of celery â chopped
- ½ jalapeño â chopped
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger â grated
- Drizzle of sesame oil
- Drizzle of olive oil
- 1 lb. of your favorite noodles
- Sauce:
- 1 teaspoon of Hoisin Sauce
- ¾ tsp. Ground Fresh Chili Paste
- 2 teaspoons Apricot preserves
- 2 tablespoons Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Lime Juice
Directions
- Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and a drizzle of sesame oil. Add the vegetables to cook down slightly. Do not overcook your vegetables.
- Prepare the noodles as directed and drain. Place in a serving bowl and top with the sautéed vegetables.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and toss in the noodles and vegetables.
