Spanish Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 good size (3/4 - 1 inch thick) pork chops

Directions

  1. Place in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. On top of each chop, place the following in this order: 1 T minced onion 1 T minced celery Salt and pepper to taste 1 can whole tomatoes with juicePlace one whole tomato on top of each pork chop (over rice, etc.) and pour juice around the chops. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
