Ingredients
- 2 cans Goya beans (pink or possibly red kidney beans)
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 env. Goya ham flavored powdered
- 1 env. Sazon Goya
- 2 spoonfuls Alcaparrado Goya (mixed olives & capers)
- 1/2 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon onion pwdr
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 T extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Empty beans into cooking pot. Add in oil, potatoes and condiments. Salt and pepper to taste. Add in tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 min. Serve with or possibly over Spanish rice. You could use regular beans which have been soaked overnight for tenderness.
