Ingredients
- 1 x flour tortilla, (12-inch)
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- Â Â Sliced mushrooms, optional
- 1Â 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 2 ounce minced green chilies
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1/8 tsp grnd cumin
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate and place tortilla in bottom. Sprinkle Jack cheese and half of Cheddar over tortilla. Sprinkle chilies and mushrooms over cheese. Beat Large eggs, yogurt, seasoned salt and cumin. Pour over chilies and mushrooms. Sprinkle the rest of the Cheddar ontop. Bake for 45-60 min. Let sit a few min before cutting.
