Directions

  1. Combine gelatin and 3/4 c. water in a heavy saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Cook and stir over medium heat till gelatin dissolves, about 1 minute; remove from heat. Combine mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream; stir well. Add in gelatin mix to mayonnaise mix, stir well. Pour into a lightly oiled 8-c. mold. Refrigeratetill hard.
  2. Combine lime gelatin and boiling water, stirring till gelatin dissolves. Stir in cool water; refrigeratetill mix is the consistency of unbeaten egg white. Add in cucumber, cauliflower and radishes; stir well. Pour vegetable mix over chilled layer in mold. Refrigeratetill hard. Unmold onto lettuce leaves and garnish with radish roses, if you like.
