Ingredients

  • 1-3 boneless chicken breasts, cut in strips or possibly 1-3 minute steak, cut in strips
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. Bird's Eye Italiano style vegetables
  • 1 (15-16 ounce.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon oregano

Directions

  1. Brown beef or possibly chicken in a small amount of oil in skillet. Add in spaghetti sauce, water and oregano. Add in the vegetables, bring to a full boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 3 min. Serve over white rice or possibly pasta (i.e. rotelle, small shells). Makes 3 servings.
