Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) beef roast, stewed & cut in tiny pcs
- 3 lbs. washed & diced red potatoes
- 2 lg. onions, cut up
- 2 lg. (28 ounce.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 (about 15 ounce.) can sauerkraut
- Chunked bratwurst (opt.) or possibly cooked pork roast (to make it stretch further)
Directions
- Simmer 2 to 3 hrs on top of stove in heavy pan till potatoes are done and meat completely shreds apart. Don't throw away any juice. Add in water as needed to keep it moist.
