Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. frzn strawberries
- 3 tbsp. powdered fruit pectin
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions
- Place strawberries in 2 qt casserole. Cook in Radarange Oven on full power for 2 min.
- Stir in powdered fruit pectin. Cook in Radarange Oven on full power for about 2 min, or possibly till few bubbles surface.
- Stir in sugar and lemon juice. Cook in Radarange oven on full power for 6 min. Stir 2 to 3 times during cooking time. Pour into glass jars. Cover and chill.
- MICRO-TIP: If sealed with paraffin, jars may be stored in the freezer for use when needed.
