Ingredients
- 6 c. flour
- 3/4 lb melted butter
- 3 tsp baking pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 c. half lowfat milk, half water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 x egg to brush the tops
- Â Â sesame seeds
Directions
- Make medium light dough. Don't knead much. Healthy pinch off portions of dough and fold under hand till 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 4-inch long pcs, dip into beaten egg and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tops. Bake in 400 degree oven till browned.
