  1. Make medium light dough. Don't knead much. Healthy pinch off portions of dough and fold under hand till 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 4-inch long pcs, dip into beaten egg and place on baking sheet. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the tops. Bake in 400 degree oven till browned.
