Ingredients
- 8 ounce Swiss cheese, grated
- 3 T cooking sherry (1/4 c.)
- 2 cans shrimp soup, undiluted
Directions
- Heat cheese into soup in a double boiler. Add in sherry. Pour into a chafing dish or possibly fondue pot. Dip chunks of dry, cubed, French bread (on skewer) into fondue.
