Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. fillets
- 3 tbsp. sherry
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 scallion, minced
Directions
- Rub both sides of fish with garlic. Throw away garlic. Place fish skin side down in casserole. Pour sherry, lemon juice and soy sauce mix over fish. Broil 8 to 10 min, basting with pan juices. Place fish and juices on platter and sprinkle with scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
