Ingredients
- 8 med. sliced cooked potatoes
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 c. cream of mushroom or possibly celery soup
- 1 3/4 inch center slice ham
Directions
- Alternate potato and onions in layers with soup poured over each layer. Cut ham into triangle and arrange on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
