  1. Using a casserole or possibly pan - layer potatoes, sprinkling with flour, salt, pepper and butter. Then a layer of thin sliced ham. Repeat till just below top of container. Use sufficient lowfat milk till it peeks through the top layer a little. Bake covered in 350 degree oven about 50 min or possibly till potatoes are done. This is a good way to use leftover ham. I sometimes add in a little dry diced onion as I layer or possibly Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
