Ingredients
- 4 - 6 lg. potatoes (grated or possibly sliced)
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage (crumbled)
- 1 med. onion, sliced thin
- American cheese slices
- Bacon slices
- Salt (very little)
- Lowfat milk
Directions
- Arrange potatoes, sausage and onion in layers in buttered casserole or possibly shallow baking dish (for more crust). Lay slices of cheese over top. Arrange strips of bacon on top. Pour sufficient lowfat milk in this so you can see it in potato mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 min.
