Directions

  1. Cook and stir pork sausage in Dutch oven till brown; drain. Stir in rice, lowfat milk, celery, green pepper, onion, soup and mushrooms. Pour into ungreased 2 qt casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven till center is bubbly, about 45 min. 4 servings.
