Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Heat butter in small pan. Pour in just sufficient batter to cover bottom of pan. When top appears dry, flip to other side for a few seconds. Serve with syrup or possibly any favorite jam or possibly jelly.
  2. (If you wish to use as a dinner crepe, eliminate the sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.)
