Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. FLEISCHMANN'S Margarine
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp GREY POUPON Dijon mustard
- 2 c. Elbow macaroni, cooked
- 12 x RITZ Crackers, crushed, (about 1/2 c. crumbs)
Directions
- Preparation Time: 15 min
- Cooking Time: 30 to 40 min
- In large saucepan, over medium heat, heat 2 Tbsp. margarine. Stir in flour till smooth. Gradually stir in lowfat milk; cook, stirring constantly, till mix thickens and begins to boil. Remove from heat. Blend in cheese and mustard; stir in macaroni. Pour into lightly greased 1-1/2-qt baking dish; sprinkle with crumbs. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp. margarine; drizzle over crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 30 to 40 min till bubbly and browned.
