Directions

  1. Put water in the breadmaker pan. Sprinkle yeast over top. Sprinkle sugar on yeast (this speeds up the proofing time). Add in oil. Add in flour, lowfat milk pwdr and salt. Add in mustard.
  2. Set breadmaker for dough and wait.
  3. I find which the mustard makes the dough easier to handle and adds an almost undetectable flavor to the dough.
  4. Makes great bread, too.
