Ingredients
- 10 slc Prosciutto, paper thin
- 10 x Sea scallops
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Essence
Directions
- Preheat the grill. Season each scallop with extra virgin olive oil and Essence. Grill each scallop for 2-3 min on each side. Remove from the grill and allow to cold. Wrap the sides of each scallop with Prosciutto.
