Ingredients
- 16 lrg potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
- 10 x hard-cooked Large eggs
- 1 c. minced onions
- 2 c. salad dressing or possibly mayonnaise
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
- Place potatoes in a large salad bowl. Separate Large eggs. Chop whites and add in to potatoes with onion. Toss gently. In another bowl, mash yolks with salad dressing, cream, vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt. Pour over potatoes and stir to coat. Cover and chill.
