Ingredients

2 c. stiff mashed potatoes
2 c. ham minced fine
1/2 c. (4 ounce.) Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. minced onions
1 x beaten egg
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3Â 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together except cornflakes. Roll in 1 inch balls.
Roll in the crushed cornflakes. Place on greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
Makes 8 dozen.
Or possibly you can make these in larger patties, roll in cornflakes and bake till lightly browned.
Makes a good meal with a salad.
