Ingredients

  • 4 x Pork sirloin steaks - (abt 8-ounce ea)
  •     (or possibly butt or possibly shoulders steaks or possibly chops)
  • 2 1/2 c. Adobo see * Note
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine the steaks with the Adobo in a shallow nonreactive roasting pan and let marinate at room temperature 2 to 4 hrs or possibly overnight in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the grill or possibly broiler. Lift the meat from the marinade, shaking off the excess, and season all over with salt and pepper. Cook over moderate heat, or possibly 4-inches from the broiler unit, turning frequently and brushing several times with the marinade during the last few min, till slightly charred, about 10 min.
  3. This recipe yields 4 servings.
