Deliciously tender and succulent pork in a rich creamy sauce done within 30 minutes in a pressure cooker.
Ingredients
- 400 g pork steaks (4 pork loin steaks )
- 3 tbs corn flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 carrots, peeled, cut into chunks
- 1 parsley root, peeled, cut into chunks
- 50 g celeriac (celery root), peeled, cut into chunks
- 4-5 dried plums, pitted
- 200 ml white wine

Heat olive oil in pressure cooker over medium heat. Place pork steaks in the cooker, brown both sides of each steak, 2-3 minutes.

Add root vegetables, prunes and wine. Cover the pressure cooker and bring to high pressure. Cook for 8 minutes. Turn off the heat, release pressure through natural release method. Once the steam is gone, open the cooker carefully.
