  • 1 c. raw rice (not Minute Rice)
  • 1 can beef consomme (soup)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions

  1. Mix rice, soup, water and 1/2 of the onion soup mix. Put in 9x12 pan, then put pork chops on top. Sprinkle with remaining dry soup. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hrs.
