Ingredients
- 1 doz red sweet peppers
- 4 c. distilled white vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
Directions
- Wash and seed peppers and cut into 1/2-inch strips. Boil vinegar and sugar together for 5 min. Pack peppers into warm clean jars, add in boiling vinegar solution to within 1/2-inch of the top of the jar. Seal. Process in boiling water bath for 10 min.
- Comments: You can vary the peppers and use a mix of red, green, yellow.
