- Beat egg whites till stiff peaks form. Mix in brown sugar, pecans, and salt, mixing thoroughly. Add in flour; mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for about 12 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold completely before removing from cookie sheets.
