Ingredients
- 4 c. regular oats, uncooked
- 1 16 ounce package dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. rum or possibly 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 2 Large eggs
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. cbopped fresh peanuts
Directions
- Mix together all ingrdients and spread in a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
- Allow to cold for 5 min and cut into 2 inch squares.
