Directions

  1. Brown pork chops in a heavy skillet over medium high heat.
  2. While pork is cooking, combine the peanut butter, cream of mushroom soup, and lowfat milk in a bowl, mix till well blended. Salt and pepper to taste. Slice the onion into 4 thick slices.
  3. When pork chops are browned on both sides, pour the "sauce" over the all of the meat. Put one slice of onion on top of each chop. Cover skillet.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer till done and tender, 35 - 45 min.
  5. Start to Finish Time:"0:25"
  6. Serving Ideas : Nice served with noodles or possibly rice.
  7. NOTES : If the "sauce" is too thick, add in more lowfat milk. The "sauce" will thin out as it cooks.
