Ingredients
- 4 x pork chops
- 3/4 c. peanut butter (either smooth or possibly chunky)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 lrg onion
- Â Â salt and pepper
Directions
- Brown pork chops in a heavy skillet over medium high heat.
- While pork is cooking, combine the peanut butter, cream of mushroom soup, and lowfat milk in a bowl, mix till well blended. Salt and pepper to taste. Slice the onion into 4 thick slices.
- When pork chops are browned on both sides, pour the "sauce" over the all of the meat. Put one slice of onion on top of each chop. Cover skillet.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer till done and tender, 35 - 45 min.

- Serving Ideas : Nice served with noodles or possibly rice.
- NOTES : If the "sauce" is too thick, add in more lowfat milk. The "sauce" will thin out as it cooks.
