Directions

  1. Mix peanut butter, sugar, honey and egg. Fold in remaining ingredients. Divide dough into halves; shape each half into roll about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap and chill at least 8 hrs.
  2. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut rolls into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices. bake on ungreased cookie sheet till light brown, about 8 min. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Approximately 6 dozen cookies.
