Ingredients

  • 1 pkt lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkt lemon custard pudding mix
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 x Large eggs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Blend all ingredients in a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan for about 45 min till center springs back up when lightly touched. Cold.
  2. Glaze: Blend 1 c. powdered sugar with either 2 Tbs. lowfat milk Or possibly lemon juice and then drizzle over cake.
