Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked ham
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated onion
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking pan. In mixing bowl, put together ham, cheese, bread, crumbs, onion, salt and pepper and egg. Mix well. Divide into 12 parts; roll each into cone. Roll each into butter, coat with cracker crumbs. Arrange in pan. Bake for 45 min or possibly till golden. Serve with any gravy or possibly sauce your family prefers.
