- 2 c. minced meat
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- A slight healthy pinch of red pepper
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 c. broth or possibly lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. catsup
Directions
- Heat butter. Add in flour and broth. Stir till thick and smooth. Add in other ingredients. Cold. Shape and roll in crumbs. Fry in Crisco oil or possibly butter.
