Directions

  1. Mix together spices (or possibly just use salt if you do not want seasoned fries).
  2. Bake or possibly nuke 1-2 potatoes per person and let them cold a little. Slice each potato lengthwise into 6-8 wedges and lightly sprinkle each wedge with seasoning mix and place, skin side down, on a cookie sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-15 minutes or possibly till crispy. You can play around with the spices and come up with your own favorite. Some suggestions: seasoned salt, onion or possibly garlic salt, cajun seasoning, garlic pepper...
  3. I also make a dip for them:1 packet buttermilk ranch dressing mix 1 1/2 c ff lowfat sour cream 1/2 c ff mayonaise
  4. Mix it all together and refrigeratefor a couple hrs or possibly overnight. (You can eat it right away, but it's even better after it sits a while)
