Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. EDEN Wakame Flakes
- 1/4 c. EDEN Mirin
- 1Â 1/2 tsp LIMA Sea Salt
- 1 x Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 x Oranges or possibly tangerines peeled and sliced
- 5 x Red radishes cut in half and sliced
- 1 x Green onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, toasted (use black sesame seeds if available)
- 2 Tbsp. EDEN Brown Rice Vinegar
Directions
- Soak wakame in 2 c. of warm water for 10 min. Drain and add in remaining ingredients. Refrigerateand serve.
